Operations Coordinator

Anti Social Hours Co LTD are looking for an experienced operations coordinator who can join a close knit team and help improve the company’s flow and output. We are a rapidly growing company that specialises in hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage - both serving in house and delivery, across our three sites here in Phnom Penh. These include Garage Sale, a western comfort food American themed restaurant with full bar. TicTic តិចៗ, a fun, cosy cocktail bar spread across three floors with a wide array of entertainment options. Plus a delivery kitchen which currently has three food brands and is based in our office building.

As we’ve expanded, we have a need for someone to come into the team and manage new projects and campaigns, along with assisting key members of the team and departments as a whole to oversee that everything is on deadline, identify areas for improvement, streamline the company’s operation and work with us on ideas to increase sales and awareness of our brands.

The job is full time, based largely in our office and will include regular site visits at our businesses in BKK1 on Langka Lane. Owning a moto would be helpful, but not essential.


The successful applicant will be required to:

Be fluent and a confident speaker in both English and Khmer.

Be computer literate - have a knowledge of basic office software, ie microsoft and google platforms.


Good interpersonal skills, apply compassion and understanding, be able to talk to team members, empower them, build on morale and pride in the workplace.

Be adaptable in assisting, leading and delivering projects.

Be ambitious - we want someone who’ll want to grow with the company, learn and actively seek promotion.

Be highly organised.

Have a good understanding of numbers, profit and loss and budgeting.

Have a basic knowledge of stock checking and keeping tabs on inventory.

Evaluate staff progress and assist where necessary.

Set up check sheets, bring in new procedures, ensure they are stuck to.

Work independently, both in the office and on our sites.

Strong observational skills, be reactionary and quickly solve / fix issues independently.

Be creative.

Be passionate about what areas our business covers.


Experience is needed in:

Managing projects equally on your own or within a team.


Phnom Penh’s hospitality industry and nightlife scene.


Food and Beverage industry within south east asia.


Marketing as a whole and within Phnom Penh.

Keeping updated on the latest Social Media trends.

Benefits include:

Salary starting at $600-$800 (based on the right person and skill sets), with potential to earn more with paid overtime shifts available.

5 full days, 1 half day on Saturday.

18 paid days’ holiday a year, plus Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben.
