Title: Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Responsibilities:

1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences.
Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the CEO's schedule aligns with priorities and objectives.
2. Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
3. Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements.
Prepare detailed travel agendas and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for seamless travel experiences.
4. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, filing, record-keeping, and document management.
Conduct research, gather information, and compile reports to support decision-making processes.
5. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations in collaboration with the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate executive-level events, dinners, and engagements to enhance networking opportunities and business relationships.
7. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.Uphold confidentiality standards and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
8. Special Projects: Support the CEO in special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
9. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
