PROCUREMENT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement Group Procurement sourcing strategies for assigned categories in line with established agenda.
- Monitor stock movement, sales plan, purchasing plan and par level
Be in charge for all logistic matters
- Deliver accurate reports on category spend, plans, and project status.
- Initiate strategic sourcing projects to meet savings targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for project progress and timely objectives achievement.
- Ensure supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
- Interface with users to provide continuous value and superior service.
- Ensure contract compliance and support innovation through supplier engagement.
- Be in charge for Oracle and AMOS System

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience, strategic sourcing experience in multinational logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Experience with procurement analysis tools.
- Positive, relationship-focused, and influential.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills both word and excel and other related software.
- Native in Khmer and good at English language.
