Procurement /Stock Controller officer is responsible in checking, maintaining and ensuring all the products receive and dispatch are having good quality and quantity of company standard and keep a complete and detailed database of inventory, documentation and report.

• Issue products from stores base on sales order recorded in the system;
• Develops and maintains the company’s warehouse & stock control operation;
• Receiving, storing and issuing of company’s products;
• Maintain a tidy, safe, properly tag and efficient stores environment;
• Recording all transaction relating to warehouse & stock to warehouse books and accounting system;
• Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained;
• Performs daily, weekly and monthly physical check of stock;
• Consolidate the actual count with system;
• Assists his/her supervisor on financial matters;
• Assist accounting supervisor with process of purchase requests and purchase orders
• Liaise with shipping company during the product import process
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly stock reports;
• Performed other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.
