JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementing Demo, building a core farmer system for a field activity (Farmers meeting, Field Day, other events, Technical consultation.
- Approaching farmers, nurseries deploying Demos, for products and promote the brand. (Traders, markets, consumers, processing facilities, media).
- Meet with traders, consumers, collect information to create output for products.
- Update market information (Cultivation slop, Capacity growing area, Crop competitors and Vegetable price).
- Implement pre-commercial trial (PDS-2) and conduct technical experiments for some special varieties.
- Planning and update on time for demo activities
- Connecting local authorities, agricultural management agencies
- Communication activities: hanging banners, posters, taking pictures, filming videos, social networks.
- Work closely with sale team to conduct right crops demos
- Support sales to check inventory at some agents.
- Solve field problems, complaints from farmers, traders.
- Ontime report with quality
- New product introduction (Launching Event)
- Customers visit (Farmers, Trader)
- Fresh market visit
- Market information update
- Join PDS-/2 evaluation
Qualification
- Fresh Graduate Bachelor Degree on Agronomy
- 1 or 2 years working experience in agriculture.
- Ambitious, active and eager to learn new things.
- Passionately, Honest, Punctual and able to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality; Good communication Skill
- Able to coordinate with input dealer, collector and relevant partner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cambodia language, - English proficiency a plus
- Computer literacy a plus
