PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Male)
- Daily check an attendant worker & staffs
- Check production output and quantity from dryer, yeast machines, grinding
- Check cooling room and check workers/drivers when separate yeast and waste yeast
- Check cleaning at yeast area, dryers, crew press, grinding area and wood area by each shift
- Cooperate with mechanic to check on loaders, forklifts, trucks and tractor
- Cooperate with maintenance team for fixing when machines or dryer have problem
- Cooperate with purchasing team to request or fix spear parts/ equipment
- Contact with mechanic team when have problem with loaders, forklifts and tractor
- Manage drivers to pick up raw material
- Contact to breweries about level of spent grain and yeast
- Prepare monthly report to Manager
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Director or Deputy Director
Requirement:
• Knowledge of production field
• Have management skill
• Speak and writing in English are requirement
• Flexible time (change shift per month)
• Have a least 1 year experience on supervisor or equivalent position
