Job Summary
The Project Sales Executive/Engineer is the Sales Technical products to the project site/ end users. S/He will explore and expand more market share. The responsibility of this position will be building, maintaining, connecting with new projects site/ developers, contractors in order to provide the best support possible.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand and sell company products by keeping strong contact and developing relationships with all stakeholders; strong recommending solutions support;
2. Identifying sales opportunities by researching and analyzing sales options;
3. Planning coordinating marketing activities/ sales forecast with Project Sales Manager
4. Representing the company in all activities associated with projects support;
5. Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, guidance and customer complaint handling;
6. Conducting market researches and competitors’ actions - prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
7. Assure timely bill collection in the assigned area
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing the sales targets related results as needed;
9. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities with Project Sales Manager;
10. Punctually reports all activities to a superior
11. Perform other activities and tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or associate’s degree in Mechanic
● Minimum 2 years of experiences in Sales
● Ability to communicate with all levels particularly clients
● Be able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
● Strong interpersonal skills are essential with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
● Ambitious, active, eager to learn new things and problem-solving skills
● Passionately, honest, punctual, deadline, proactive, creative idea, and negotiation skills
● Able to work under pressure
● Computer literacy and software system is a plus
● Possess valid driving license is preferable.
● Can do attitude with team work spirit
