The Property Management Officer-related job and including:
・ Support residents with any inquiries related to rules and regulations in Borey.
・ Deal closely with the residents to receive their constructive feedback and deal with their complaints related to safety, security and cleanliness…etc.
・ Ensure all safety measures are maintained with securities in Borey during daily operation basis
・ Oversea and manage the security and cleaner in the Borey
・ Report to property manager with the day-to-day operations and residents’ relations through the coordination of resident’s requests and administration of maintenance services
・ Carry out regular inspections in the Borey and report any issues or abnormalities to the Property Manager
・ Facilitate and solve problem related to property management service including the repair and maintenance warranty service to units under warranty
・ Billing/receiving of management fees
・ Perform other related duties as required
