We're Hiring:

=> Purchasing and Merchandise Manager
-Salary $1300+ (Negotiation depend on your experience)

Responsibilities:
- Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers, vendors, and logistics from
Thailand, Vietnam, China, and others
- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-
effective contracts and deals
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers, vendors, and logistics
- Performing products inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary
- Inspecting and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately to relevant
stakeholders
- Coordinating and handling logistic supplies from manufactures to Cambodia
- Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have
been rescheduled
- Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals
- Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high quality
and delivered on time
- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a
timely manner
- Maintaining proper updated records of purchased products, delivery information,
invoices, and other details
- Other tasks assigned by management

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices and market research (researching,
evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Be able to multitask and evaluate products and vendors
- Be computer literate especially Microsoft Officer, Internet and email and other related
applications
- Good knowledge in logistics/procurement procedure
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Khmer.
Other language proficiency is an advantage
- Great organizational, planning skills, and detail oriented
- The ability to listen and follow client specifications
- Excellent networking and time management skills
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create eports and conduct cost analyses
- Honesty, hard-working and result-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadline
