1. Manage the purchasing process including PR, PO, product specification, and payment
2. Source vendors, compare quotations, negotiate prices, arrange for delivery
3. Purchase all goods and services for hotel
4. Compare price, quality and delivery time
5. Prepare related procurement documents and purchasing agreements/contracts
6. Work with Finance to facilitate payment processing for vendors.
7. Work with vendors to take corrective action and prepare improvement plan for issues
