*** Job Role and Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our guests at Legend Hotel & Resort. As the first point of contact, you will welcome visitors, answer phones, and provide administrative support to the team. This fast-paced environment requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor.
*** Responsibilities:
•Greet visitors: Welcome visitors warmly and professionally, offering assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
•Phone handling: Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, screen calls as necessary and direct calls to the appropriate individual.
•Administrative tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, sorting mail, and copying documents.
•Maintain reception area: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well stocked with office supplies.
•Data entry: Enter data into computer systems as required.
•Additional duties: May assist with other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
*** Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
•Recent graduate or entry-level experience considered (No experience is required).
•Speak and write basic English.
•Basic computer skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Benefits:
•Competitive salary range: $300 - $500 per month.
•Meal allowance: $100 per month.
•Free accommodation.
•Working hours: 9 hours per day.
