Duties & Responsibilities
Creating innovative talent sourcing and candidate engagement strategies;
• Working with relevant internal stakeholders on national talent attraction strategies;
• Collaborating with the Employer Branding teams to bring clear insights into new opportunities in the marketing space;
• Providing true leadership and direction to the Recruitment and Recruitment Marketing teams, leading by example to drive motivation, create engagement; and get the best results;
• Participating and contributing to executive leadership meetings, internal training sessions and other planning sessions as required;
• Managing a P & L and having full financial accountability for your team;
• Analyzing candidate market, data and trends to forecast recruitment activities
• Conducting the recruitment and selection process for all internal hiring needs and providing additional operational support to the recruitment team where required.
Requirement:
• Proven working experience as HR manager or Operation Manager
• Knowledge of HR system and databases
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• BA or Master degree in Human Resource or related field
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skill
• Be a self-starter with high initiative to manage operations issues, processes and people
