Job Description

- Planning R&D activities.
- Research into identifying materials or solutions requirements.
- Development activities to create new electrical product.
- Testing new equipment and learning about new technologies.
- Be responsible for research work and development of new materials and facilities
- Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.
- Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and ​​​customers.
- Understand customer expectations on to be manufactured product.
- Conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.
- Product design and building prototypes for do the testing both indoor and on-site.
- Resolving product issues.
- Overseeing the production process.
- Creating design projects and specification sheets.
- Take part in studies, researches and conduct training to technical staff
- Weekly report of R&D activity work and submit to technical manager
- Other work assign by technical manager.

Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years work experiences in electrical engineering design / Electronic
- Fresh graduated engineer with similar experience is encourage to apply
- Had good knowledge of electronic component.
- Has good knowledge of programming language such as: C#, C++, Android, Java, HTML, etc.
- Has good knowledge of engineering electronic circuit design and drawings
- Has good knowledge of fabricate PCB board
- Has good knowledge of project handling and management.
- Familiar with software’s such as Auto CAD, MS office, Proteus, KiCad, Psime, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer & English.
