*Cross check SOP. Follow 4 step process. 100% no mistakes - if mistakes are found 5USD fine will be imposed per time/mistake paid by staff immediately, with signature in a book.
*100% in order - filing proper - stickers, recording
*100% bookings made, reminders, cancellation - no double bookings - 5USD fine will be imposed paid by staff
*Come to work 15 min earlier by shift assigned. Dress neatly by uniform. Keep work stations tidy - no food/drinks and no delivery parcels
*FD weekly sales target is minimum 1 for 70% achievement, 2-4 for 80% and 5 > as 100%;
*FD must book up to 12 noon and 5.45 pm on patients' request for bookings. The DAILY number of patients daily should be 100% best turnout = 90 patients; 90% medium = 70 - 89 patients; 70% to 89% least = < 69 patients
*Booking of each patient next appointment after 3 days from last visit - 100% by each FD unless stated by Doctor in Patient Form
*100% recall to be made to all patients who cancel and update feedback into Carequir system
