Job Description
1.Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with new, and existing customers and explore business cooperation.
3.Be knowledgeable and understand the company's products or services.
4.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services.
5.Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
6.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
7.Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets and quotas.
8.Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to meet customer requirements.
9.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
10.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analyses.
11.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales.
12.Coordinate with different departments in the company.
13.Other tasks are assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2.Cambodian Nationality and good at English, both in reading, writing, and speaking skills.
3.Computer Skill: Microsoft Office, internet and email.
4.Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a similar industry or selling similar products/services.
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
6.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
7.Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8.Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and best practices.
9.Familiarity with sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
10.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
11.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome sales challenges.
12.Willingness to travel as required for customer visits, industry events, and sales meetings.
