• Achieve monthly sale target for Plot by Plan and closing new clients.
• Develop new business opportunity by finding new client, make appointment and present company services and product.
• Master Planning & Proposal preparation.
• Manage and continually build deeper relationship with Clients.
• Monitor and recommend action on competitor activities (Other Real Estate Agencies)
• Ensure the reporting is accurate
• Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Sales Posting Date :
• Bachelor Degree holder in Sale, Marketing or related fields
• At least 2- years’ experience in sales
• Good knowledge of selling skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Good computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point, Internet and E-mail.
• Good command of spoken and written English Be patient and honest with a high level of humilities and be a good team player
• Detail focus, patience, resilience and flexibility
• Understanding Real Estate in Cambodia
• Basic knowledge of Digital about Real Estate
