Job Description
1. Follow-up and Check sales activities and sale plans
2. Ensure sale will be meet as per target setting from management
3. Involve in setting sale target and divide equally for each salesman
4. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new
products, promotion techniques, etc.
5. Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers to increase
market share
6. Solve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing
reports; marketing recommendation to management and keep sustain doing this process
7. Educate sales team by training programs in the areas of new account sales and growth
8. Manage the quality customer portfolio, maintain accurate records, and always follow the
company’s policies and compliance procedures
9. Do others job that was assigned by top management or BOD
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related certificate with Business management
• Must have experience at least 2-3 years in marketing field or Lubricant market.
• Have experiences of Automotive marketing
• Well verse with English & Khmer languages
• Team player with dynamic personality
• Be honestly to work assignment
• Responsive and Challenge
• Can handle the pressure and flexible
• Can a doubt with any market fluctuate
• Strong time management and result oriented

Who we are: Located in the heart of Phnom Penh in the iconic street 240, The Gallerist is a recently established contemporary art space focusing on the high-end art market. Our mission is to bring the best of Contemporary Art & Design into private and corporate spaces. We provide pieces from some of the best Contemporary artists and designers, ranging from early to mid-career emerging artists, as well as established artists for your personal private collection, office space or hotel project. Job Description: The Gallerist Manager shall be able to engage relationships with artists and develop commercial relationships with customers. The Gallerist Manager will supervise daily operations, from exhibition display to inventory control and sales invoices. She/he will supervise sales from first contact to artworks delivery. She/he will lead the team (sales assistant and communication) and dispatch work assignments, such as social media campaigns. Good knowledge and/or high interest in paintings and contemporary art is required. Duties & Responsibilities: Welcome visitors and answer questions. Commitment to providing current, accurate, and helpful information. Conduct visitor evaluations and track daily attendance. Customer service experience required: experience working and connecting with the public. Communication skills and comfort engaging with diverse audiences required. Assure that activity spaces are clean and fully stocked with necessary materials. Liaise with all stakeholders for sales follow up. Lead the exhibit preparation, hanging and maintenance. To be flexible with the work schedule required which may include hours some evenings. Report monthly sales and events activity. Sales & Marketing Duties: Represent The Gallerist during events such as but not limited to business afterworks, community events, exhibitions openings, etc Networking with art collectors and artists and any other corporate essential to the gallery Updating and following The Gallerist communication such as social media accounts, website and press releases. Follow and update The Gallerist clients & prospects database. Make regular recommendations for The Gallerist development. Job Requirements: Proven experience in hospitality industry, luxury retail or high-end customer service. Team spirit and ability to communicate with various stakeholders and partners. A good understanding of social media. Ability to perform some administrative functions of a contemporary gallery. Flexibility to work during evenings and week-ends. English spoken and written is compulsory. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, emailing (Canva is a plus) Readiness to help with the physical aspect of a Gallery such as packing and installing artwork. Profile: A keen interest in visual arts, fine arts and the art market. Good communication skills and ability to relate to potential clients An interest in the art business and the development of a gallery, and of the artists Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills. Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
