We’re looking for qualified Cambodian strong experiences applicants for positions below:

+ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arranging and developing sale presentations to explain customers for understanding of security system & equipment.
- Sell alarm systems and other surveillance equipment used to monitor security.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to continue to grow sales and revenue
- Work with both commercial and residential customers to meet the target
- Marketing equipment and answering client questions
- Running cost-benefit analysis and researching the impact of a home security system on the client’s insurance premiums
- Visiting the client after installation to foster an ongoing relationship that could lead to future business
- Collaborating with engineering team to improve the service quality and customer needs
- Coordinating with customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded.
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
- Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
-Other duties assigned by management

+ REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
- At least two-years’ experience in related field of security system and equipment.
- Experience with property management, building management is preferable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer relation, and sales skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate complex issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills.
- Be a team player and like to deal with challenges
- Confidence, proactive and ability to work under pressure
- Good planning, negotiation, problem solving & organizational skills
- Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing
- Good knowledge MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet access and research;
- Good leadership and team work.
- Good personality, integrity, hard working with positive attitude.
- Ability to travel when required.
