Working Hours: 8:00-12:00; 13:30-17:00 (Mon-Sat)
Purpose job:
Ensure that the daily operation of sales team is effective and efficient. Coordinate the work of other departments and the marketing department.
Salary: $800-$1000
Job requirements:
• Closely monitor sales volume targets by brand/SKU on a daily and weekly basis in assigned sales territory.
• Ensure your sales team meet SKU distribution targets, product availability, and visibility
• Ensure and check that sales team make enough outlet coverage calls, meet outstanding targets, and revise sales route plans as needed.
• Provide guidance to sales team on expanding coverage to new outlets.
• Optimize resources to improve performance in your assigned territory.
• Build relationship with traders to gain their support and loyalty.
• Ensure that your sales team adheres to the company’s rules and regulations.
• Manage cash collection and retail credit if any.
• Train sales team to check retail stock levels to avoid out of stock situations and rotate stock.
• On job training or field coaching to sales team whoever in needed.
• Provide guidance on deploying necessary marketing and communication materials in the market.
• Ensure that your sales team use the sales system properly and all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Leverage you sales team’s capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
• Recruit the right people to join your team.

• Initiation idea for sales driven
Experiences:
• A bachelor’s degree in business management or a related filed.
• 2-3 years of experience managing sales people, preferably in FMCG.
• A driving license (A must to have)
• Excellent communication skills in Khmer.
• Good English speaking / writing and computer literacy.
• Persuasive selling skills, the ability to build cooperative relationships, and the ability to work under pressure and travel long distances.
• A high commitment to driving sales volume and distribution.
• Good supervisory and negotiation skills.
