Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services, answer customer queries, and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales: Utilize excellent sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and recommend products based on customer needs and preferences. Keep up-to-date with current promotions and offers to provide the best deals to customers.
Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, including receiving and processing new shipments, organizing stock on the sales floor, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure availability of products.
Merchandising: Help maintain an attractive store environment by arranging displays, ensuring products are neatly presented, and keeping the sales area clean and orderly.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of the retail team, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge about products and sales techniques. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales performance and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn about products and sales strategies.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
