➢ 2+ years of experience in Administration field.
➢ Hands on experience with MS Office and Computer.
➢ Understanding of sales performance metrics.
➢ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
➢ Ability to work under strict deadlines
➢ Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
➢ Processing Sales orders, invoices and Account document to Account Department.
➢ Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
➢ Reporting sales results.
➢ Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
➢ Taking phone calls from customers.
➢ Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
➢ Processing staff timesheets.
➢ Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails. Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
➢ Other duties upon assignment.
