Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in management/marketing or related fields
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales preferably in automotive sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented
• Knowledge of computer, Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Having knowledge of digital sales is a must
Job Description
• Conduct communication with customers by phone call and via social media platform and direct visit in order to build a strong relationship
• Conduct outdoor activities, networking and follow up customers
• Effectively carry out the customer purchasing experiences both in showroom and Online
• Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectations
• Utilize the relationship with customers to generate potential leads
• Ensure minimum company sales target with high commitment
• Update customer profiles in the company database system
• Ensure the display in showroom is clean and create new ideas of showroom decoration when on showroom standby duty
• Timely and accurately produce daily report to supervisor
• Understand and update competitors' movement and propose any new ideas to gain sales
• Conduct Special training/meeting or share experience among Sale team members
• Join event, roadshow, or other idea to increase number of new prospector
• Support colleagues as when necessary
• Create your own digital's content to get more customer's inquiry (leads)
• Participate in all sales-related trainings and most of other assigned training by receiving at least average result
• Provide customer high satisfaction through Sales Satisfaction Index evaluation and always do your best support solving customer problem if any
• To share the best welcoming experience to customer to make them feel they are the VIP Guest visit our showroom
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
