Roles and Responsibility
- Analyze customer's business process and provide appropriate systems solutions;
- Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs
- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
- Implement and support customers using POS System
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze and solve software problems
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Work self-directed and independently;
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2 year + Experience in Sales, consulting POS System is a plus
- Ability to analyze the problem and suggest possible solutions for the problem
- Ability to multitask and keep control of multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to work in team and work indepently
- Responsible to the jobs to the customers
- Must be able to call, available for support
- Able to communicate to technical/non-technical staff at all levels
- Language - English and Khmer is a must - Chinese is a plus
