Sale Supervisor 2 Posts (Very Urgent)
Sales Supervisor: - Managing and controlling the sales team (Off-Trade & On-Trade) in region. - Allocating the Sales Target promptly. - Controlling the Sales Target of Sales Team weekly to protect the Under-Achievement Target. - Developing the Sales Strategy and sales tactic to support sales team. - Working corporately with Sales Manager to achieve the Sales Forecast monthly. - Supporting the Sales Subordinator to work smartly and corporately with Dealers/Customers. - Developing and pioneering Sales Development Channel to increase sales. - Checking & controlling the Perishable Products Inventory, Shelf-Display-Stock at distributor’s outlet/store to protect out of stock. - Other sales duties are pertained to Sales Department. Sales Supervisor - Education: BBA – Sales/Marketing major or equivalent. - Ms. Office: Good in Word & Excel & Power-point. - Language: Good command in English & Chinese (Prioritized in short-list). - Experience: 2 – 3 years experiences in FMCG/DCG field or other fields. - Report: Good Sales Report (Dealer/Customer Report & Brand Report). - Health: Healthy & Strong. - Mentality: Smart, Flexible and Leadership. - Management Skill: Team Management/Leadership. - Communication: Good Customer Relation & Communication. - Performance: Effectively Result-Based. - Negotiation: Promptly Problem-Solving & Positive-Thinking. - Benefit: 18 Annual Leave, National Holiday and other benefits (as Ministry’s Declaration Annually).
