Position Overview:
As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
• Actively engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.

3. Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the team and management on market developments and customer needs.

4. Sales Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a sales role.
