πJOB DESCRIPTION
β‘To proactively identify new inquiry and maintain full information of opportunity
β‘To identify the needs of customers and providing a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
β‘To conduct frequent communication with customer by phone call, mail, written letter and visiting to customer premises and build strong relationship
β‘To ensure minimum company Sales Target with high commitment
β‘To update your customer profile (customer-by-customer)
β‘To ensure display in showroom are clean and creating new idea of showroom decoration when no showroom standby duty
β‘To ensure timely and accurate daily report to superior
β‘To collect, analyze and evaluate competitor and a market in order to create sales strategy
β‘To make After Sales Service reminder by phone call and ensure customers understand the benefit of Service Maintenance and come for service base on schedule
β‘To support peer colleague as and when necessary
β‘To conduct other jobs as assigned by supervisors or manager
πJOB REQUIREMENT
β‘Female only
β‘Minimum 1 year in sales field
β‘Bachelor Degree of Management/Business of administration or related field
β‘Excellent Communication
β‘Outstanding fresh graduated student
β‘Good English and Chinese communication
β‘Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh and service oriented
β‘Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a plus
β‘Knowledge of computer word, excel and power point
