ដោយដំបូងឡើងគ្រាន់តែជាហាងដ៏តូចមួយប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ដោយសារតែមានការគាំទ្រពីអតិថិជនចំពោះការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ផលិតផលមានគុណភាពខ្ពស់ និងសេវាកម្មល្អ រួមជាមួយកិច្ចសហការជាដៃគូដ៏ជឿជាក់យូរអង្វែងប្រកបដោយគុណតម្លៃ បានញាំងឱ្យ យើងវិវត្តន៍ខ្លួនក្លាយជា ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីក្នុងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាក្រុមហ៊ុនទទួលខុសត្រូវមានកម្រិតក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០៦ ក្រោមឈ្មោះ ធី ខេ អេស គ្រុប។


ចក្ខុវិស័យ

ដើម្បីបន្ថែមតម្លៃដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រជាជន និងឧស្សាហកម្មនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាតាមរយៈការធ្វើជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលដ៏គួរឱ្យទុកចិត្តសម្រាប់ឧបករណ៍ថាមពលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាខ្ពស់ និងឧបករណ៍កសិកម្ម។


បេសកកម្ម

តាមរយះមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ធី ខេ អេស គ្រុប ពួកយើងខិតខំដើម្បី៖

១. លើកកំពស់ស្មារតីនៃការធ្វើ ការងារជាមួយក្រុម(Teamwork) ជាមួយអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ និងដៃគូររបស់យើងក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវតម្លៃពិសេសដល់អតិថិជនទាំងអស់។
២. ចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង(Knowledge) ចុងក្រោយបង្អស់លើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍បច្ចេកទេស ដើម្បីឱ្យអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទទួលបានគុណតម្លៃដែលល្អបំផុត។
៣. ផ្តល់សេវារហ័ស ប្រសិទ្ធភាព ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងសេវាគុណភាព(Service)ខ្ពស់ដល់ដៃគូរ និងអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទាំងអស់។


Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Phnom Penh for a Sales Manager at TKS GROUP CO.,LTD. The Sales Manager is responsible for building and leading a team of salespeople to help drive revenue.


I. Duties and Responsibilities:
* Based on sales target given by Management; to develop a sales plan to achieve those targets. The sales plan would include the breakdown of targets according to product category, location and key accounts.

* Prepare budgets for execution of activities in the sales plan and approve expenditures within authority level

* Determine price schedules and discount rate for each product category. Continuously get market feedback to adjust price and discounts to drive performance and achieve sales targets

* Present the sales plan, budgets and forecast to the management team for approval

* Recommend prospective sales representative to HR for the recruitment process
Training, coaching and upgrading skills of existing sales representatives to maximize productivity and performance

* Develop, grow and maintain long lasting business relationship with key clients by understanding their needs, resolving their concerns and identifying ways of how TKS can better support their business

* Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities and upgrading sales plan where necessary.

* Directing, Coordinating and Overseeing all sales activities, promotions and campaigns locally and regionally in accordance to sales plan

* Tracking & measuring actual sales results, developing upgrades to counter shortcomings and reanalyzing changes for achievement of sales targets

* Identifying challenges faced in executing the sales plan, implement counter measures to overcome those challenges and readjusting sales plan accordingly

* Provide creative ideas for growing the sales further in each product category, location and target market

* Handling & resolving all customer complaints and periodically communicating these complaints and actions taken to management

* Upon Instruction of Finance Department to control the total AR levels, assist sales representative to follow up on overdue payments and assign customer credit limits (ensure credit limit not breached)


II. Qualification:
● Education : Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
● Experience : Strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role.
● Specialty / Knowledge : Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
● Language : Good in English language speaking, writing, and listening skills are mandatory required.
● Computer literacy : Computer literate and comfortable using Sales tracking systems.


III. Requirement:
● Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
● Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
● Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
● Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
● Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
● Advanced time management kills
