Responsibilities and Main Duties
• Handling the marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth & profitability.
• Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing plans. Using sales forecasting to ensure the sale as well as profitability of services; analyzing business developments & monitoring market trends
• Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
• Initiating contact with potential customers for developing leads, sales & building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving performance parameters delivery & quality norms.
• Maintaining cordial relations with customers to sustain the profitability of the business.
• Setting up service level timelines and measuring performance against them and maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services.
• Imparting /organizing training programs for achieving pre planned business targets.
• Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group target
• Setting sale and profitability targets for individual fleets and your team as a whole
• Monitoring your fleets sale/service performance and demand.
• Continuously looking for area for implementation to achieve higher efficiency and Effectiveness of sale/services and operations.
• Weekly update and analyze total market situation / customer feedback.
• Deal with some major customer account yourself and handle complains.
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client Satisfaction.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in management of business administration is plus
• Strong achiever in a target-driven role.
• Entrepreneurial Mind-set.
• 5 Year & above experience in Business development work in Cambodia
• In-depth knowledge of Sales & Marketing techniques and best practices.
• Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency
• Good knowledge of communication skill and customer focus.
• Strong time management and result oriented.
• Outgoing personality, confidence, hard working with positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Desire to go extra and beyond responsibilities
