Main Duties :
1. Plan to achieve the target
2. Be a trainer and advisor to Sales Team
3. Reporting
Roles and Responsibility:
I. Planning to achieve the target
Prepare sales operation plans for sales team and Distributor’s team
- To achieve Sales Target
- To achieve NPC/UPC targets reduce down
- To achieve deployment plan
ii. Visit and Check Sales Team Operation
- Control sales targets in Team.
- Comment on system delivery after the end of sale everyday.
- Call check team on your route lose sales u plan sales.
- Attach field with salesman by route based on call plan.
- Answer potential customers’ questions and follow-up call questions.
- Check payment team everyday.
II. Be a trainer to Sales team
- Shear knowledge or information about market to salesman every morning.
- Owner Training.
- Manage team to commit sales plan.
III. Reporting
- Prepare Filed SOGs by weekly, Monthly.
- Daily update NCP/UPC Report.
- Daily Sales Plan Update (DSR) on evening everyday.
- Cabinet Update return or change.
- Update report to CCS (Cabinet can’t scan).
- Update report of bill change or agent delivery to Logistic Supervisor.
Qualification and Experience :
- Microsoft Office
- Good at Excel
- System Knowledge
