Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with overall company goals.

2. Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing effective solutions.

4. Sales Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
