Main Duties
1. Responsible for sales operations to meet following objectives
-Sales to outlets per PJP
-Product Distribution
-Sales Coverage
-Field Capability Score (FCS)
-Bill collection and follow up payment
-Product Display
2. Communicate information and build good relationship with ULC and outlets owner

Roles and Responsibilities
I. Responsible for Sales to achieve the following targets
1. To achieve sales target for outlets
-Plan to achieve sales targets
-To achieve sales targets
2. Product Distribution
-Drive team to achieve targets on product distribution on each working day
-Investigate daily distribution to be inline with target ( Must Have SKUs / OSA)
3. Sales Coverage
-Visit specified outlets follow PJP ( F2=2 times/Month, F4=4 times/Month)
-Seek news outlets follow ULC guideline
-Seek solution on CNS to ensure that they make orders
-Summarize shop visited as per PJP for sales supervisor
4. Field Capability Score (FCS)
-Effective Outlets
-Effective Calls
-SKUs / Bill
5. Bill Collection and Follow up on Outstanding payments
-Bill collection for credit sales
-Follow up and solve outstanding payments to be paid on time
6. Merchandising
-Present product display models and provide incentive offer to each type of outlets in order to achieve the target
-Issue task order form for delivery team in order to create outstanding visibility and displays at store entrance
-Inspect merchandising format for every visit
II. Communicate and Build customer relationship with ULC and Distributor
- Deliver information from ULC in the form of company letters to formally inform all Stores
