Human Resource Department is the sector manages personnel information at all inside of company that an important role in the organization of employee disciplines. Direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization. Human resources specialists are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers, handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.

1. Main Duties:
• Recruiting Staff
• Interviewing
• Conduct new employee orientations
• Check staff probations and Appraisals
• Check file employee’s contract
• Take list employee’s salary increment
• Prepares Monthly Payroll
• Prepares HR Monthly Report
• Check staff got accident
• Direct disciplinary procedures
• Check daily staff attendance
• And do the other tasks which assign by MD.

2. Job Responsible:
• Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
• Contact references and perform background checks
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits, working conditions and responsibilities
• Hire or refer qualified candidates
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
• Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
• Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
• Insure to employee got accident
• Representative referring to solve any problems
• Process paperwork
• And etc…

3. Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin or related fields is preferred
• At least 2 years experience in training, training development or related experiences in recruitment, labor compliance, or HR support is a plus
• Adapt to new and changing circumstances; strategize and make changes to ensure use of the most efficient and effective practices
• Be communicative, disciplined, self-starter, creative thinking and good personality
• Be able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
• Good knowledge MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet access

4. Working Hour
• 8:00AM – 12:00PM, 2:00PM – 5:00PM (Mon to Friday & Saturday 12:00PM).
• Day off: 1day off per week.
