KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Must have experience as Senior Sale and Marketing in Casino
- Fluent Chinese and English
- Must have proven track records in casino Sales & Marketing
· Develop short and long-range marketing plans.
· Oversee and give support to marketing team to execute the marketing plans.
· Oversee general marketing for effective operation and minimize marketing payment that isn’t.
· Effective and time consuming
· Analyze marketing programs that can be reached and attracted to customers.
· Develop tactics to meet changing competitive conditions and interact with customers.
· Supervise gaming hosts and work towards the optimization of team strategy for growing active game players.
· Manage sales, create incentives, and plan special events and promotions.
· Manage in achieving goals in revenue, profitability, and market share, providing status reports on programs, understanding customer desire, and producing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budget reports.
· Other tasks assigned by Chairman
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(Education, Qualification/Skills, and Related Experiences.)
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
· Must be fluent in Chinese and English
· 8/ 10 years of experiences in a leadership or management position, prior involvement with finances and marketing,
· Good understanding skill
· Qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to analyse and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents,
· Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, and basic math skills for statistics and percentages.
