KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for content optimization.
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into content creation, web development, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to ensure the highest level of SEO effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site audits, identifying and resolving issues affecting search engine performance.
- Manage and optimize local SEO strategies for targeted geographic regions.
- Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign success.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Proven experience as an SEO specialist with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Demonstrated success in improving organic search performance and achieving KPI targets.
- Proactive mindset and ability to stay updated on industry trends and changes.
