Job Responsibilities:

- Open job cards in providing most detailed information, coordinate with team workshop ensuring that information is accurate or any special requirements are identified.
- Greeting customers and communicate with customers upfront of their appointment, explain all the aspects of vehicle safety, cost and additional time involved.
- Handling customers complaints.
- Write repair orders and clear description of issues and repairs.
- Issue the quotation.
- Check price and stock with spare parts team.
- Estimate repair costs, verifying the warranty, conducting inspections.

Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year workshop experience with an automotive company or related fields;
- Good communication and customer service
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good technical understanding as well as understanding of After Sales Business.
- Fluent in Khmer and English, written and spoken.
- Dynamic, confident, self-motivated team player.
