Job Description:

•Reviewing building practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, health and safety guidelines, and project management procedures
•Implementing and updating documentation as required, such as incident reports and the whole process of site construction
•Managing overall site performance of construction processes, including liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
•Overseeing the direction of a construction project and finding solutions to problems that occur
•Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed
•Conducting regular site inspections to ensure that all work is carried out to the required standards
•Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
•Creates and reviews Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal and Change Orders.
•Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
•Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
•Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget
•Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.

Qualifications Requirement:

•Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management
•10 year working experience with infrastructure construction and 3 years working experience in site engineer
•Knowledge of Construction management software such as Auto CAD
•Good understanding of construction processes and building regulations
•Ms. Office/Project Management report, presentation skills/some knowledge related MEP works
•Thai speaking is preferred
