• Invoicing control, validation of the invoicing issues, control of the credit invoicing to preferential customer.
• Maintain data of customer due, debit/credit.
• Discipline control of his department
• Coordinate the tasks of accounting, treasury, internal audit and financial analysis.
• Involved in physical counting, maintenance pricing, processing daily paperwork and forms.
• Maintain data of customer’s documentation as directed
• Routine clerical tasks as directed.
• Foster a positive, ambitious, flexible and supportive culture within the Counter parts Administration team so that team members are able and willing to work across all administrative functions.
• Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of Counter parts Administration daily tasks.
• Lead on the reporting of team activities and performance indicators, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Ensure that the Counter Parts Administration work in the most cost effective and efficient way, meeting and exceeding its KPI's wherever possible.
• Job function support for the parts department as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
