We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller / Store Keeper to maintain the Store of a busy, modern hotel. The Stock Controller / Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining the supply and demand of inventory, and ensuring that there are adequate stocks available. The Stock Controller / Store Keeper will also ensure stock purchasing, delivery and shipping confirmations, and manage inventory balances, inputting all relevant details in the computerised record keeping system, as well as receiving, inspecting and confirming supply quality and delivery.

- Forecast stock supply and demand to prevent over-stocking and running out-of-stock;
- Create and maintain a detailed computer based inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current stock;
- Submit stock Purchase Requests as required;
- Liaise with stock suppliers and place orders;
- Track orders to ensure stock is delivered on time;
- Ensure stock deliveries are correct and of the required quality;
- Assist in moving delivered items from delivery vehicles to the Store;
- Arrange the delivered items in the correct storage area;
- Ensure stock is ‘rotated’ on a ‘first-in, first-out’ basis;
- Maintain records of damaged / expired stock;
- Repackage bulk purchases into smaller single use packaging;
- Manage and prepare internal stock requests;
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important stock related data;
- Undertake regular stock audits;
- Liaise with other hotel departments as required;
- Ensure the Store is kept clean, tidy and well maintained at all times;
- Report to the General Manager;
- Other tasks as required by the company.

- Education: Minimum, completed High School, having a related Bachelor’s degree is preferable;
- Languages: Khmer (fluent); English (good reading, writing and speaking);
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Stock Controller / Store Keeper, or related position;
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Accurate and precise attention to detail;
- In good health and physically capable of lifting upto 25kg;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Honest, hardworking, and a team player;
- Ability to work independently and self-manage;
- Pleasant, polite and helpful personality;
- Good interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels
