Position : Team Leader
Working Hours: 13:00-22:00
Purpose job:
Ensure that the daily operation of the store, maintain customers and handle daily operation issue.
Salary: Base on Experience

Team Leader Job Description :
-Conduct day-to-day of operations
-Have strategy and set goals for growth
-Set policies and processes
-Ensure employees work productively
-Prepare regular reports for upper management
-Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
-Provide solutions to issues

Requirement：

-Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar executive role
-Experience in planning and budgeting
-Knowledge of business process and functions (Customer, Operations, Merchandise etc.)
-Strong analytical ability and Excellent communication skills
-Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Problem-solving aptitude
-Proficiency in English and computer skills or Chinese is a plus.
