• Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Carrying out market research on how to address customers
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

• Degree in business, marketing or any other related field
• Experience in the area of sales is a plus
