- Prepared stock weight program (Scheme, & Target) on quarterly basis
- Prepare stock weight claim and make sure payment will be release to WS on time
- Weekly / monthly update stock weight progress from all Areas
- Conduct briefing with ASM / Sup on new scheme
- Strictly follow up with ASM / Sup to make sure
- Stock Weight target is delivered as per plan
- Work with sales team to propose attractive and effective trade programs to ensure that the sales target will be achieved as per plan.
- Assist Trade & Marketing Manager in monitoring A&P Budget to ensure that budget are spent effectively
- Work with 3rd party agencies in production marketing materials, banner, brochure, and marketing ads.
- Perform related duties as assigned by Superior.
