• Assist in identify collective functional capabilities required to support business performance.
• Identify/consolidate individual learning needs.
• Support MJQE staffs in the implementation of their own Talent Development Plan and monitor progress.
• Support MJQE key Learning Initiatives.
• Coordinate and deploy the learning plan for staff.
• Measure impact/efficiency of learning solution.
• Provide inputs and assist in developing training plan and budget by working with related department.
• Plan, organize and coordinate training session in-house, external etc.
• Ensure all training course are implemented as schedule agreed;
• Develop and maintain employee training record and report.
• Work closely with external training agencies to facilitate all training courses.
• Use training program to implement and reinforce MJQE values and business principles at all employee levels.
• Ensure a strong professional relationship with all department with the company.
• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in education, human resources management, or any related disciplines.
• Master degree is a plus.
• Experience: 3-4 years’ experience HR job, specifically in training, learning and development.
• Skill required: Facilitation/presentation, training assessment and evaluation, project management/event organizing.
• Very good communication and presentation skill.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Very good interpersonal skill and team work.
• Result oriented, initiative, good work ethics and professionalism.
