Job Summary

HRA department is all about supports the company's back-end operations and ensures the company's daily smooth operation.

What you will do

• Responsible for VIP reception services, such as welcome reception and provision of food/drinks.
• Welcome and entertain visitors who do not have a reservation, determine the nature of their business, and lead them to the corresponding personnel.
• Occasional overtime on weekdays to assist with logistics for meetings and assisting with VVIP guests on weekends
• Keep the reception counter clean and present.
• Supervise the general maintenance of the building, especially the lobby and meeting rooms.
• Handle conference room reservations and conference room sanitation maintenance.
• Assist in answering the call, determine the purpose of the caller, and answer the call directly to the appropriate personnel in a timely and effective manner.
• Assist in updating the employee telephone list every month.
• Supervise visitor pass cards when necessary.
• Work closely with other receptionists to perform general receptionist tasks.
• Assist the administrative team to keep updated records and files of the fixed asset records of new employees and resigned employees.
• Work closely with the administrative team to handle administrative-related matters.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying, and organizing.
• Temporary duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Have at least a diploma in any field.
• Excellent customer service skills and customer service work experience are additional advantages.
• Having management experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and/or Chinese, with good oral and written expression skills.
• Attention to detail and able to work with the team.
• Pleasant, positive, friendly personality and good phone etiquette.
• The ability to work consciously without supervision.
• Have good time management skills.
