KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Manage a small group of between 5-6 Tax Assistants
● Review the Tax Assistants’ work on tax declaration
● Support Tax Assistants to do their job effectively and efficiently
● Analyze team capacity and do training need assessment
● Suggest training program and schedule
● Keep following up on the team progress and produce reports
● Make sure all the team members are capable of doing their jobs
● Support team members (tax assistants) to manage their responsibilities very well
● Support Tax manager on strategic works
● Manage direct monthly tax declaration

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
● Bachelor of accounting, tax or related field or equivalent training.
● Good English (or minimum pre-intermediate level)
● Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
● Minimum 1 year experience of leadership role, or willing to be a leader/manager
● Knowledge of Computer applications (Microsoft offices and Accounting System)
