Roles and Responsibilities • Be responsible to manage a team. • Monitor daily operations, provide appropriate guidance, and identify areas of improvement. • Assign/Monitor tasks to • Observe the daily performance of team members & new joiners. • Immediately resolve any special incident that occurs by following the company’s SOP. (Special inquiry & bank-related issues). • Immediate escalation of special issue (create ticket) to the respective person in charge. • Monitor & manage funds liquidity, bank account, or for smooth operation. • Conduct end-of-shift cut-off & account scrutinization, update bank balance, and tally reconciliation report. • Monitor & update team member’s KPIs. • Timely prepare & update all kinds of reports required. • Any other task assigned by the supervisor from time to time. Qualifications • At least a bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy/banking or a related field. Experience • At least 2-3 years of working experience in related fields and positions.
