Mornign : 7AM-4PM
Afternoon : 12PM-8PM
Night : 8PM-8AM

Receptionist

- Provides apartment rental consulting, hospitality, and other services to guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner, and assists in handling guest problems;
- Ensure that services and facilities are explained to guests according to standards and procedures;
- Conduct all activities in the lobby reception or in the lobby and common areas of the apartment;
- Handles all guest arrangements in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that they are coordinated with the use of up-to-date information;
-Other tasks assigned by leader.

Requirements:
- Good image and temperament；Good communication skills
- Good Computer Skills, Familiar with Word, Excel, and other systems is preferred
- International brand 5-star hotel/star serviced apartment related working experience is preferred
- Always ready to learn new topics and regulation
- Able to work under new challenge, high pressure and OT (Paid)
- Follow the management on time and exactly
- Need Sale Experience
