- Experience using any Accounting System min 3 years
- Understand accounting process
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions.
- Plan, assign and review staff’s work
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Assist with bank deposits, ledger postings, and statement reconciliation.
- Issue invoices, monitor payments, and facilitate collections.
- Experience to manage stock inventory and conduct stock counts.
- Report to Director promptly and update job knowledge proactively.

**Requirements:**
- Knowledge using Excel, Quickbook or any similar accounting system
