1、 Job responsibilities
1. Team management
-Responsible for the daily management and guidance of the cashier team, ensuring that team members comply with the hotel's rules and operating procedures.
-Reasonably arrange the working hours and shifts of cashiers based on the hotel's operating situation and passenger flow, to ensure the efficient operation of the cash register.
-Regularly train and assess cashiers to improve the professional quality and service level of the team.
2. Financial management
-Supervise the cashier's collection, invoicing, and settlement work to ensure clear and accurate accounts and prevent financial loopholes.
-Regularly check and verify cash, bills, and accounts at the cashier to ensure financial security.
-Assist the finance department in preparing and submitting relevant financial statements, providing strong support for the hotel's financial management.
3. Customer service
-Warm reception of guests, providing accurate and fast cashier services to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Answering guests' questions about bills and payment methods, providing professional consultation and advice.
-Timely handle guest complaints and disputes, ensure proper resolution of issues, and maintain the reputation of the hotel.
4. Communication and coordination
-Maintain close communication with other departments, coordinate and solve problems that arise during work, and ensure the normal operation of the hotel.
-Timely report the work status and existing problems of the cashier team to superiors, and propose improvement suggestions and suggestions.
-Actively participate in various hotel activities and conferences, and contribute to the development of the hotel.
2、 Job requirements
1. Educational requirements: Possess a college degree or above in finance, hotel management, or related fields.
