【Requirements】:

a. At least 3 years of experience in the massage and spa industry, with excellent service skills and professional knowledge.
b. Strong team management and leadership abilities, capable of motivating team members and fostering teamwork.
c. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with both staff and clients.
d. Familiarity with the operational management of the massage and spa industry, including budget control, inventory management, and marketing strategies.
e. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced work environment.
