JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Leasing Associate Report to: Leasing Supervisor/Manager Department: Leasing Location: Toul Kork, Phnom Penh Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week (8 hours per day) Duties and Responsibilities: The Leasing Associate is the primary point of contact for prospective residents. Outstanding customer service, strong sales skills, communication, high energy and flexibility are essential to this important position. • Greeting Customer to the office, helping answers questions should a wait be necessary • Responding timely to prospective resident telephone calls and internet lead responses • Doing the report after greeting the guest • Cold calling prospective residents and follow up on previous prospects in timely manner • Identifying and perform weekly outreach marketing to local businesses, organizations, and retailers as required • Various Properties and have knowledge of layouts and amenities • Document prepared Customer Service • Answering phones according to Saratoga Capital, Inc. standards. • Taking service requests, including the completion of all necessary paperwork. • Following-up on all service requests within 48 hours of completion. • Assisting in resident concerns or related activities as requested by management. • Contributing ideas to the Community Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction. • Assisting residents in the move-in and move-out process, including walking the apartment Operating Standards • Attending training classes/meetings as required or recommended by Regional • Updating daily activity report, leases, cancellations, transfers, renewals, etc., and provide • Duties and Responsibilities include the following. • Other duties as assigned. Requirement: • Independence: making sure during hustling to get the word out about properties and the information to the clients • Interpersonal Skills: work with clients and customers face-to-face on a daily basis. • Listening to Client Require and communicating effectively and pleasantly is a needed skill • Persuasion: Fellow up with the client and do the report to Top management • Problem-Solving Skills: Leasing need to quickly answers to questions. https://t.me/Rittheya8899
